Facilitating the formation and strengthening of Self-Help Groups(SHGs), village-level federations, Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs), youth clubs, and Village Planning Committees (VPCs). These institutions are not only built but are also nurtured with capacity-building inputs to improve their governance, women’s leadership, market linkages, and youth participation in both village governance and sustainable farming practices. These grassroots institutions serve as the foundation for community-led development.
