Engaging with local government primary schools to enhance the quality of  education by supporting teachers, School Management and Development Committees (SMDCs), and communities. The goal is to improve educational outcomes and reduce child migration  from remote villages. The organization also strengthens early childhood and health systems by assisting Anganwadi (ICDS) and ASHA workers to improve service delivery. PESCH has initiated local libraries to preserve and share community knowledge related to forest management, customary laws, traditional practices, and cultural values.
