Conducting focused training programs to promote entrepreneurship among rural youth and women. The training emphasizes value addition of locally available produce such as Tamenglong oranges, Naga king chilli, forest fruits, and traditional bamboo and cane crafts. These efforts aim to improve local economies by equipping individuals with practical skills that lead to income generation and self-reliance.
